Milwaukee parade accident - Witnesses depicted the "stunning" occurrence and said the driver of the SUV was "going from one side to another, focusing on individuals". 

The police boss didn't completely accept that the SUV driver had discharged a weapon following early reports of shots. He said that one official had terminated the vehicle trying to stop it. 

The White House says it is "intently observing the circumstance" and offered backing and help to neighborhood officials.
